Thank you to Luke Bolanos from Belmont Athletics for inviting me to cover this championship! I showed up to the Beaman Family Tennis Complex wearing a Belmont Tennis tee, unaware that it was Murray State (No. 1 seed) and Illinois State (No. 2 seed) competing for the title. These teams were incredible as they didn’t hesitate to show their passion for the game and share laughs with their teammates. I took a photojournalistic approach to my shooting today.
