It was spring break, but I didn’t use it as a break. I wanted to expand my portfolios and capture sports in any capacity I could. So, I packed my camera as a carry-on. My former team would be playing three times while I was home for the week. These are girls I knew and played with as freshmen and I as a high school senior, and now I am photographing them as high school seniors and I as a college senior. It was a weird feeling to be a spectator rather than a player on the other side of the net. These are shots of the fun moments, hard swings, strategic slaps and small ball plays.
